Hot and Humid...

Summer in Savannah makes my heart beat faster with each rising degree. Sometimes there is so much thickness in the air it is hard to breathe but at the same time there is excitement in knowing there is something brewing to relieve the expanding tension. All this heat and humidity in the air creates strange and as some call it sultry weather patterns. Lately we have been experiencing a great deal of heat lightning, or sheet lightning. It is like a disc ball of light, flashing and spinning throughout the night sky. There is no sound however, just purple and lavendar stobes commanding attention. Some storms are longer than others but all are present at exactly the right time....

...so look to the clouds and you will find sweet relief.
